Rock Decor’s Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our goal.

We think you will love your Rock Decor purchase, but just in case we offer refunds and exchanges according to the following guidelines:

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

To be eligible for a full-value return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds and Exchanges at Rock Decor’s Store

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to the store within 21 days. We'll be happy to exchange your item(s) for something new or refund your money with valid receipt.

For returns without a valid receipt, in-store credit may be issued for the item’s estimated selling price. Rock Decor reserves the right to refuse or limit the number of returns permitted without valid receipts.

No returns for purchases made with checks will be made if you have outstanding checks with Rock Decor. Rock Decor may require valid picture ID (state driver's license, state ID card or military ID) for any return.

All returns are subject to management approvals.

Returns and Exchanges on Parcel-Shipped Merchandise (including eBay and online store purchases)

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise within 21 days. If the return is the result of an error by Rock Decor then the shipping charges will be refunded. Otherwise:

The original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return.

The return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Insurance costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

If you choose to return or exchange your product, please follow these steps:

Contact us regarding the return to get approval. Once approved, send your item to: Rock Decor (attn Returns), 522 California Ave, Reno, NV 89509 USA

Package the item carefully using the packing materials and box the item arrived with.

The item must arrive to us in the as-shipped condition for a full refund.

NOTE: Please consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. 

Note: Only the above remedies are available, no other remedy will be allowed.
